This week we welcome writer, filmmaker,and Black Studies PhD student at Northwestern University, Charlene A. Carruthers. Charlene is the creator of the short film "The Funnel" a short film about Black queer love and ancestral power. We get to discuss Charlene's recent marriage, coming out story, Chicago life and the behind the scenes insight of creating "The Funnel".
